There are 94 witnesses and none of the witnesses mentioned the name of any leader including the founder PTI, Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Amjad Ali Shah heard the GHQ attack case against Imran Khan and others in the court.
Strict security arrangements were made by the police. Former Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed filed a petition for acquittal to avoid prosecution. While the challan copies could not be distributed to 25 accused for the indictment.
Lawyer Babar Awan said that those who implicated the founder chairman PTI and the leaders on his statement have deviated.
Lawyers Safai said that in the map of the case challan presented by the police, no accused has any weapons. It should be clear that the anti-terrorism court provided a copy of the challan to PTI founder Imran Khan in the GHQ attack case at the last hearing. The founder of PTI had denied the crime. The indictment will be filed on November 8. Judge Amjad Ali Shah of the Anti-Terrorism Court came to Adiala Jail to provide copies to the founder of PTI. .
Imran Khan said that I have nothing to do with this case because I was arrested. On the other hand, Shah Mahmood Qureshi could not be given a copy of the challan due to being in Lahore Jail, while copies of the challan were distributed to the other accused in the Anti-Terrorism Court in Rawalpindi. A total of 27 serious provisions were imposed on the accused including the founding chairman PTI in the GHQ attack case.
Earlier, it was reported that 19th date was fixed for the indictment of founder PTI Imran and other PTI leaders in the May 9 GHQ attack case. Judge Amjad Ali Shah of the Special Court of Anti-Terrorism Court Rawalpindi conducted the case on May 9. The hearing was held. PTI leaders Shireen Mazari, Sadaqat Abbasi, Amjad Niazi, Usman Dar appeared in the court. The decision of the court to try the GHQ attack case first, copies of the challan were distributed to the named accused. Copies were distributed to PTI Imran Khan and PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi by the lawyer. The court had issued arrest warrants for 31 accused in absentia.
