India, Muslim woman abused in moving train, husband tortured

New Delhi (News International Latest News - APP. November 17, 2024) In India, Hindu extremists abused a Muslim woman in a moving train and physically assaulted her husband. According to Kashmir Media Service, this incident took place in a passenger train from Delhi to Aligarh. According to the victims, Hindutva terrorists started harassing the woman immediately after the journey started.


When her husband tried to stop her, she was assaulted and abused. Witnesses said the assailants targeted the 22-year-old woman and her husband because they were Muslims and because of their distinctive dress. Indian soldiers killed 5 people in Chhattisgarh

Raipur (News International Newspaper Latest - APP. November 17, 2024) Indian soldiers have killed 5 people during an operation in the troubled state of Chhattisgarh, India. According to Kashmir Media Service, these people were from Narayanpur and Kankir districts. He was killed during a military operation in a vast forested area north of Abu Jhammad.


Police identified the dead as Communist Party of India (Marxist) fighters.


According to the Indian media, these deaths have brought the total number of suspected terrorists killed in Bastar region of the state to 197 this year. This area is considered the stronghold of Maoist guerrillas. Maoist and Marxist movements active in many Indian states including Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Orissa, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra have been demanding independence from Indian rule since 1947.
