Rawalpindi ( news international Newspaper Latest. November 12, 2024) The leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf detained by the police outside the Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi were released shortly after being detained. After being released, Umar Ayub, Shibli Faraz, Asad Qaiser, Ahmed Khan Bhachar and Sahibzada Hamid Raza went inside Adiala Jail to meet PTI founder Imran Khan, all PTI leaders reached Gate No. 5 from where they all left inside the jail after getting security clearance. happened


Speaking after the release, PTI leader Asad Qaiser said that we were illegally detained in the checkpoint. We came to meet the founder PTI. We will go to Islamabad and hold a press conference.


Earlier, the leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf who went to meet PTI founder Imran Khan in Rawalpindi's Adiala Jail were detained.


The detained leaders were shifted to Adiala Chowki. According to the details, as soon as the PTI leaders arrived outside Adiala Jail to meet Imran Khan, they were arrested. Leader of the opposition in the National Assembly Umar Ayub, Senator Shibli Faraz and PTI leader Asad Qaiser along with the Punjab Assembly were arrested. Opposition leader Ahmed Khan Bhachar and Sahibzada Hamid Raza were included.

Later, all the arrested PTI leaders were shifted to Adiala Chowki. It has been reported that the central leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf were arrested for violating Article 144. Meanwhile, on the issue of detaining the central leadership from outside Adiala Jail, the Central Information Secretary Sheikh Waqas Akram has said that today according to the schedule. There was a meeting with the founding chairman of PTI for which Shibli Faraz, Umar Ayub, Sahibzada Hamid Raza and Asad Qaisaradiala Jail came for the meeting.

All the leadership was made to wait till 3 o'clock and was not given a meeting with PTI founder Imran Khan. When all the leadership began to leave from there, they were taken out of their vehicles and detained. Sheikh Waqas Akram further says that we strongly condemn this fascism.
