Islamabad (News International New - 07 December 2024) The Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court has scheduled for hearing the petitions of PTI founder Imran Khan to form a judicial commission to investigate the May 9 tragedy and the investigation into the rigging in the February 8 general elections. The Constitutional Bench Committee has scheduled important cases for hearing next week. The Supreme Court has scheduled for hearing the petition to form a judicial commission on the May 9 tragedy.
Imran Khan had filed a petition in the Supreme Court to investigate the May 9 tragedy. A 7-member Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan will hear the petition on December 10. The petition of the founder PTI against election rigging has also been scheduled for hearing in the Supreme Court.
