The US State Department Spokesperson further said during a press briefing held in Washington that everyone has the constitutional right to protest, but protests around the world, including in Pakistan, should be peaceful.

When asked by a journalist whether the Biden administration intends to provide modern weapons to Pakistan before the transfer of power, Matthew Miller said that I have nothing to announce at this time.

We stand with Pakistan in the fight against terrorism and violent extremism. It should be noted that earlier, US State Department Matthew Miller had said that Pakistan had suffered immense losses in terrorist attacks.

We condemn the terrorist attacks in Pakistan. Pakistan’s efforts against terrorism are commendable. Brutal attacks against the Pakistani people continued. US State Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller once again expressed concern over the increasing terrorist incidents in Pakistan in a press briefing. He said that he was aware of reports of terrorist incidents in Pakistan.

We are committed to engaging with government leaders and civil society organizations to identify opportunities to build capabilities to detect, deter, and respond to terrorist groups. During the press briefing, he made it clear that consultations are underway to increase civilian and military capacity to counter terrorism. Terrorists have no country or religion, and we sympathize with the families affected by terrorism. Our hearts go out to the victims of the November 9 blast in Quetta.
