Peshawar (News International- 20 January 2025) Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur says that PTI founder Imran Khan does not fear anything except Allah, PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi believe in the law despite illegal punishment, the struggle will continue with PTI founder Imran Khan until his last breath, in a statement, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa said that those who live under the shadow of fear compromise on principles and ideologies.

The struggle for an independent judiciary and media freedom will continue. We are ensuring the protection of the fundamental rights of citizens. He said that the aim of the struggle of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf is the upliftment of democracy and the rule of law. It should be noted that earlier, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf negotiation committee said that negotiations cannot continue if a judicial commission is not formed, the final date for our negotiations was January 31.

After meeting with PTI founder Imran Khan in Adiala Jail, the spokesperson of the negotiation committee, Sahibzada Hamid Raza, while talking to the media, said that the ball was in the government’s court to bring the negotiations to a logical conclusion. PTI founder Imran Khan had said in the meeting that a judicial commission should be formed on May 9 and November 26. An impartial commission should be formed to determine the responsible parties.

We do not want a judge of our choice in this. We want the injustice to be remedied and the responsible parties to be determined. We had provided our two demands in writing to the government negotiation committee. He also said that our meeting with the PTI founder was held in a controlled environment. Our negotiation committee put its point of view before Imran Khan and guidelines were also issued by him.

The release of prisoners was part of our demands. The government has to talk about the judicial commission practically. If the judicial commission is not formed, the negotiations cannot continue. The founder of PTI had directed to raise the issue of prisoners in HRCP. We had shown as much flexibility as we could. Now it was in the hands of the government to take the talks forward. If the talks are to be taken to a logical conclusion, the government should immediately form a judicial commission.
