Muzaffarabad (UrduPoint news international/ Pakistan Point News - NNI. 11th January 2025) Former Minister of Tourism and Transport Muhammad Tahir Khokhar has expressed his grave concern regarding the rights of the oppressed Kashmiris and the Palestinian people, saying that it is the responsibility of the international community to prevent the atrocities and excesses taking place in these two regions. At present, Palestine and Kashmir are drowning in blood, they are being martyred, they are being genocided, neither women are being spared, nor their honor is protected, nor are innocent children being martyred.


In the ongoing statement, he said that the cries of Kashmiris and Palestinians have reached from the ground to the sky, and if the nations of the world remain silent even today, then Allah’s punishment will intensify further. Today, while America is immersed in war and economic crisis on one side, on the other side it is facing snowstorms, it is engulfed in fire.


He said that it is time that the whole world should become the voice of the people of Kashmir and Palestine and raise its voice for their rights at the global level. The atrocities committed against the people of Palestine have not only martyred the Palestinian people but also spared innocent children. Millions of people have been martyred and Palestine has been turned into a bombshell. The world powers and Muslim countries are responsible for this atrocities, which despite having power and resources, have failed to help the Palestinian people.


He urged the international community and Muslim countries to break their silence and take practical steps in support of the oppressed Palestinian and Kashmiri people. He said that providing justice to the people of these two regions and protecting human rights should be the top priority. If Muslims and nations around the world stand up in solidarity and raise their voice in favor of these oppressed people, it will not only help in establishing world peace but will also be a step towards ending oppression. Defending the rights of the oppressed is the duty of the whole world.


There is no doubt that without a positive response from the international community, it is not possible to end the ongoing oppression in Palestine and Kashmir, and if world powers and Muslim countries do not take practical steps in this regard, it will be a failure of the international community. Addressing the international community, Tahir Khokhar said that the entire world should see the situation in Los Angeles and learn from it. We should also raise our voice against unjust wars and oppression against humans, especially in places like Palestine and Kashmir, where oppressed people have been suffering from human rights violations for years. We should help each other, understand each other's pain and suffering and promote the principles of peace, justice and humanity at the global level. Tahir Khokhar said that the international community should not focus only on development and power, but should help the oppressed and ensure the protection of basic human rights.
