Lahore (News International- IPA - January 18, 2025) Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman has said that the ruling party that has imposed its rule on the country is only interested in conquering its own nation and pleasing America. Pakistan cannot progress without getting out of American slavery. Israel is bombing the people of Gaza despite signing an agreement under American auspices. Even today, more than 150 Palestinians have been martyred. America is the enemy of humanity. It has created a history of oppression and tyranny all over the world. It dropped an atomic bomb on Japan. It killed millions of people in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Vietnam. It has overthrown democratic governments. People should be part of Jamaat-e-Islami's movement to get rid of American loyalists. Talking to the media after the inauguration of the exhibition at Expo Karachi, he said that the owners and traders of industrial establishments of Pakistani products should standardize their products and make their supply easy. Their products will be appreciated all over the world and Pakistan will also progress. The government should provide cheap electricity and other facilities to Pakistani industries so that they can provide cheap products to the public.
Earlier, he inaugurated a two-day exhibition titled “Mira Brand Pakistan” at the Expo Center on Saturday under the Pakistan Business Forum to promote Pakistani products as an alternative. Citizens participated in large numbers and termed the exhibition as the need of the hour and paid great tribute to the organizers. On this occasion, President Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry Javed Balwani also spoke, while General Secretary of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Ameer-ul-Azeem, Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi Munem Zafar Khan, President Pakistan Business Forum Karachi Sohail Aziz, General Secretary Aamir Rafi, Senior Vice President Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Saqib Fayyaz Mago and others were also present at the exhibition.
The exhibition will continue on Sunday. Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman said that he congratulated the Pakistan Business Forum Karachi for organizing this wonderful exhibition “My Brand Pakistan” for the second consecutive year in collaboration with Al-Khidmat. He said that for 15 months, Israel has been carrying out genocide against Palestinian Muslims by bombing under the auspices of the United States. Protests were held by Muslim and non-Muslim people around the world against Israeli aggression and the message was also given that we should boycott all such products that benefit and help Israel.
A boycott of Israeli products was started all over the world and people in Pakistan also boycotted Israeli products. Pakistan Business Forum and Al-Khidmat decided that the public should be introduced to Pakistani products and a complete boycott of Israeli products should be carried out. In 2024, an exhibition of Pakistani products was organized at the Expo Center in which there were only 200 stalls and this year 400 stalls have been set up in which 500 brands are participating.
He said that we pay tribute to the Palestinian people who sacrificed 48,000 lives in 15 months but did not leave their land. Despite being evicted, they are steadfastly standing in tents in the bitter cold. Israeli President Netanyahu claimed that we will eliminate the Hamas fighters, but as a result of the sacrifices and struggle of the people of Gaza and Hamas, he has been forced to make an agreement on Hamas's terms today. Israel is suffering from internal disintegration. The people of Pakistan have the honor of expressing solidarity with the Palestinians on a large scale. 5 million marches were held in Karachi under the Jamaat-e-Islami. The largest children's rally in the history of the world was held. People used to say that what will happen to all this? We used to say that at least we can say to Allah in the afterlife that we stood with the truth. People of conscience all over the world raised their voices for the Palestinians. In the United States itself, solidarity was expressed with the people of Gaza and the Palestinians and their Voices were raised against the government, but unfortunately, the rulers of the Islamic world did not play their role.
Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman further said that I would like to tell the owners and traders of industrial establishments manufacturing Pakistani products to make their products cheaper so that they are easily available, but unfortunately, a few people have started increasing the prices of their products. When people make their products cheaper, of high quality and easy to supply, the public will also support them.
Their products will be appreciated all over the world and Pakistan will also move forward. Javed Balwani said that he is grateful to Jamaat-e-Islami, Al-Khidmat and Pakistan Business Forum, with whose cooperation the “My Brand Pakistan” exhibition was once again organized. All political parties in Pakistan should also promote Pakistani products. He is grateful to Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, who played a key role in promoting Pakistani products along with the campaign to boycott Israeli products.
