The government is soaked in the unjust blood of innocent citizens, mandate thieves cannot hide their heinousness by hiding behind Article 245; PTI's response to the Interior Ministry's statement

Islamabad (News International / Pakistan News - 01 December 2024) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has issued a response to the statement of the Ministry of Interior. According to the statement issued by PTI, November 26 is one of the darkest chapters in the country's history. The government is soaked in the unjust blood of innocent citizens. The mandate thieves and their state machinery cannot hide their heinousness by hiding behind Article 245 of the Constitution, nor can they erase the unjust blood stains from their sleeves. Article 245 of the Constitution does not allow anyone to play Holi with the blood of innocent, unarmed and peaceful citizens with the guns given by the people.
The spokesperson of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf says that the usurping government system, which is based on the tatters of the Constitution, actually hates the Constitution and uses it only according to its convenience. It flaunts those parts of the Constitution behind which it is possible to take refuge, and it moves forward by trampling underfoot the countless provisions of the Constitution that guarantee the fundamental rights of the people. The Constitution declares democracy as the basis of the system and declares the elected representatives of the people as the owners of power and authority.
The press release states that the Interior Minister sitting in the federal government is ruling the nation not through any honorable path of public election but through the humiliating paths of personal dictatorship. If this Interior Minister, who has drawn power from the lap of a bogus system, does not remember the Constitution, then we will make him remember it. Despite all his tricks and generational attempts to tarnish the image of the Constitution, the Preamble of the Constitution of Pakistan declares that the people, not the state magnates and self-styled contractors of the state, are the owners of power and authority after the absolute sovereignty of Allah the Almighty. The spokesperson of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf said that Article 1 of the Constitution not only declares the occupied capitals of the mandate thieves, especially Punjab and the Federation, but also Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan as part of Pakistan and considers the residents here as equal Pakistanis. Article 2 of the Constitution does not declare the concepts of conspiracy and brutality formulated by Pharaohism, Yazidism, Genghisism, fascism and Chanakya Kotlia, but declares “Islam”, the guardian of the highest spiritual, political, social and community values and attributes at the individual and collective levels, as the state religion. The PTI stated in the statement that Article 3 of the Constitution prohibits all forms of exploitation of citizens, while Article 4 establishes the sanctity of life, property and honour of every Pakistani and provides complete protection of the law. Article 5 of the Constitution demands loyalty from every citizen to the state, constitution and law, not to any dictator or individual. This Constitution declares those who plunder, suspend, disobey or humiliate themselves or those who make such attempts to commit high treason and states the treatment they are entitled to in its Article 6.
The spokesperson of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf says that Article 10 of the Constitution prevents citizens from extrajudicial treatment (arrest, kidnapping, enforced disappearance, torture, etc.) at the hands of the state machinery, while 10A guarantees a fair trial. Article 14 of the Constitution declares the personal sanctity and dignity of citizens as inviolable and prevents the state from committing any kind of extrajudicial violence against them. Article 15 guarantees complete freedom of movement to every citizen, while Article 16 guarantees peaceful assembly to citizens. Article 17 gives every citizen the full right to engage in political activities and to be part of any political party. PTI said in the statement that Article 19 of the Constitution gives every Pakistani the fundamental right to express his opinion, while 19-A fully recognizes the right to access authentic information. The government that is playing Holi with the blood of citizens under the guise of Article 245 can see its disgusting face in the mirror of the Constitution. There is the most convincing evidence that the Rangers were not only present at every step with the police, but were also involved in the disgusting and brutal act of shooting citizens directly. Millions of workers and citizens participating in the PTI protest were completely peaceful. The mandate-thief usurping government will have to account for this massacre. The people will never forget or forgive the unjust blood of their innocent brothers.
