Chief Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim heard the petition of a PTI leader, saying that nowadays it is the season for filing cases. No one knows in which case the case was filed, the PTI leader inquired from the Chief Justice.

Peshawar (News International Newspaper Latest. December 11, 2024) The Peshawar High Court has granted transit bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Central Secretary General Salman Akram Raja for 3 weeks. Peshawar High Court Chief Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim heard the PTI leader’s application. Salman Akram Raja appeared in court. During the hearing, Salman Akram Raja asked the Peshawar High Court Chief Justice that it was the season for filing cases.
It is not known in which case the case was filed. Chief Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim asked if he was also a member of the National Assembly, to which Salman Akram Raja said that according to Form 45, he is a member of the National Assembly. Later, the Peshawar High Court granted Salman Akram Raja’s transit bail application for 3 weeks.
It should be remembered that the Peshawar High Court had granted transit bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Asad Qaiser yesterday.
The court had also ordered the police not to arrest him. Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim heard the application of the leader PTI. PTI leader Asad Qaiser and the Advocate General also appeared in the court. After the hearing, the court granted Asad Qaiser bail till December 31 and also ordered him not to be arrested in the cases registered till December 31.
The lawyer said that 3 different cases were registered against Asad Qaiser. Earlier, the Peshawar High Court had granted bail to the opposition leader in the National Assembly and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Omar Ayub and prevented the police from arresting him in any case. Justice Sahibzada Asadullah of the Peshawar High Court heard Omar Ayub’s bail application.
The court had granted Omar Ayub bail till January 9. The court had directed that the petitioner appear in the relevant courts. During the hearing, the court directed the police not to arrest the petitioner in any case. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Omar Ayub had filed a contempt of court petition in the Peshawar High Court for being arrested despite court orders.
