Addressing the opening ceremony, Energy Sector Expert Engineer Irfan Ahmed said that an environmentally friendly energy transition is taking place, electricity is being generated from wind and solar energy, there are many wind power generation projects in Sindh and wind power is also cheap. Gobi Fund Announcement:

The conference also discussed important issues such as promoting long-term, sustainable partnerships between Chinese enterprises and the Government of Punjab.

Agreement between China Solar N Plus and the Government of Punjab:

This partnership will be instrumental in developing Punjab’s green energy system through innovative solar energy projects. Solar N Plus will cooperate in setting up facilities in Punjab, conducting studies, building local capacity and introducing innovative solar technology for sustainability and innovation.


Agreement between Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Group (TJCEP) and the Government of Punjab:

This partnership will focus on urban development and environmental management projects, which reflect Punjab’s commitment to sustainable development and infrastructure. The agreement includes cooperation on waste management, water treatment, local manufacturing of environmental machinery and pollution reduction in urban areas like Lahore.

The conference laid the foundation for a new era of global economic cooperation and reaffirmed Punjab’s role as a major international investment hub. The leadership invited global businesses to explore the province’s opportunities and expressed their commitment to strengthening partnerships and future development.
