Muzaffarabad's young student Muhammad Muzammil Mujeeb has achieved academic distinction, becoming the world's youngest student to gain admission to an undergraduate medical program in the United States.

Muzaffarabad (UrduPoint News/ Pakistan Point News - 09th January, 2025) Muhammad Muzammil Mujeeb, from Muzaffarabad, the capital of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, has become the world’s youngest student to gain admission to an undergraduate medical program in the United States, making him one of the brightest young men in the world. Muzammil began his educational journey at the age of two and a half and soon emerged as a top performer.


By the age of 15, he had achieved an impressive record of 21 As, including 8 A grades in the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Cambridge exams and 13 A grades from the American school system, making him one of the highest achieving students globally.


He also successfully passed the ACT and SAT tests at the age of 15.


Notably, Muzamil is equally skilled in biology and mathematics, demonstrating a unique blend of scientific expertise. His passion is to innovate in neurology, aiming to become one of the world’s leading neurosurgeons. His goal is to revolutionize neurological treatment and improve lives globally. Apart from academics, this young scholar has also played a significant role in scientific research.

His paper, “Reduce Carbon Emissions in Rawalpindi, Pakistan,” was published in a leading European-American journal. The study suggests ways to reduce pollution in major cities in Pakistan, demonstrating his commitment to using scientific knowledge for the greater good. Along with academics, Muzamil is a talented football player who demonstrates teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

His outstanding abilities have made him an ideal role model for young Pakistanis. Muzamil’s mother, Mrs. Sardar Mujeeb, said that Muzamil’s achievements are a source of pride for our family and all young Pakistanis.
