Here in the 21st century, even the internet is shut down. In this era of IT, people are not only dependent on the internet for educational and social reasons, but also economically. The internet shutdown is further damaging an economy that is already on the verge of collapse, Imran Khan's message.
Rawalpindi ( Latest Newspaper - February 14, 2025) Imran Khan has said in a message to the Army Chief that the whole world travels forward, but we are moving in the opposite direction. Here in the 21st century, even the internet is closed. In this era of IT, people are not only dependent on the internet for education and social but also for economic reasons. The internet shutdown is further damaging the economy, which is already on the verge of collapse. According to the details, former Prime Minister Imran Khan has written a third open letter to the Army Chief from Adiala Jail. In his letter, Imran Khan says, “I am not asking for any deal for myself or any concession from anyone for my party – as a former Prime Minister and a patriotic Pakistani, I only want to restore the reputation of my army and the interests of my beloved homeland.”
Despite the fact that the army is fighting a war against terrorism and daily martyrdoms are being committed, there is no harmony between the people and the army due to the policies of the establishment. I ask the ISPR not to give a false narrative. Repeatedly saying that the army does not interfere in politics is an insult to the intelligence of the nation. In this era of social media, nothing can be hidden, every child of the country knows that the army chief runs the system of this country.
Be it rigging in elections or buying and selling of members of parliament, destruction of the judiciary or black laws prohibiting public voting, not only our conscious nation but also the international community knows which “unknown” hands are behind it. Therefore, I request them to refrain from misrepresentation because it only brings disrepute to the army as an institution.
I will highlight five points due to which Pakistan is standing on the verge of destruction today:
1- Imposing faces rejected by the nation on the country through rigged elections: Due to this policy of the establishment, the country is suffering serious losses. Until a few years ago, for whom countless stories of corruption like Surrey Palace and Mayfair Flats were being told to the nation, the entire state machinery and agencies were used to not only carry out the worst rigging before the elections but also on polling day and after that, the biggest robbery in history was carried out and imposed on the nation.
An attempt is made to create a narrative that the cases against the Sharif family and Zardari were political in nature, although the fact is that no NAB cases were filed during our era - intelligence agencies collected evidence of their corruption - General Ehtesham Zameer and Farooq Leghari had given their dossiers of corruption and money laundering worth billions of rupees, showing how corrupt these people are - NAB was not even under our control, General Bajwa controlled NAB - all the cases against them were filed before our era - during our era, only the Ramzan Sugar Mill case involving Maqsood Peon was filed against Shahbaz Sharif - this case has also been closed.
The nation saw that these same NAB-tainted faces were put through the dry-cleaning machine of the deal and imposed on Pakistan again. This process of granting NRO through NAB amendments caused a loss of Rs 1100 billion to the country's economy. If we add up the fabric of this fraud, all the puppet strings go to the same hand and the entire blame falls on the army.
2 - End of democracy: Democracy runs on morality - Democracy can run only if the government has moral strength - After 30 years, democracy was gradually restored in Pakistan, the judiciary became independent through continuous struggle and the media became somewhat free and the country was moving towards improvement.
But first, our government was removed through a conspiracy, then not only a fake government was imposed, but the constitution was broken to impose it on the country again, the elections were postponed, every tactic was tried before the elections, our symbol was snatched away through Qazi Faez Isa, our preferred candidates were removed from the field, and we were not even allowed to campaign for the elections - despite doing all this, when the people of Pakistan made us successful in more than two-thirds of the seats in the elections, the results were changed through Form 47 and a party that won only 17 seats was imposed on the country - and in order to hide this electoral fraud and in an attempt to crush the PTI, democracy has been completely trampled underfoot.
The report of the independent election audit organization "Patan" is enough to open everyone's eyes in this regard as to how 64 new methods of rigging were adopted in this country by damaging democracy. All the pillars of democracy have been destroyed by imposing the worst restrictions on the media and violating human rights. The people do not have the right to choose their representatives. In fact, all the basic pillars of democracy, including an independent judiciary, the right to freedom of expression, a free media and human rights, have been abolished.
